When teams explore new ecosystems together, new paths open

A Safari gathers executives, leaders and specialists for a concentrated learning experience in key Nordic and Baltic hubs. Typically held in Copenhagen, Tallinn or Riga, the format combines company visits, expert conversations, regulatory perspectives and future-skills sessions. Each route is designed around your strategic priorities, ensuring relevance and real-world application. Through curated meetings, structured reflection and concrete takeaways, Safaris give organisations fast access to external knowledge, best practices and new ways of working — without long consulting cycles.

Since 2018, we have designed and facilitated dozens of Learning Safaris — born from my desire to share my own experiences and learnings, to build meaningful networks, and to encourage people to shift perspectives and mindsets. While the Nordics and Baltics are our core ecosystems, we also bring organisations into German startup hubs such as Berlin and Hamburg. Through our collaboration with our partners, we offer Safari experiences in additional European innovation hotspots, including Spain and the Netherlands.

Our Innovation & Future-Skills Safaris are the right offer for you, if you want to:

  • Understand what leading Nordic, Baltic and DACH ecosystems are doing differently
  • See real examples of digitalisation, AI, CX, cybersecurity, tech & sustainability
  • Gain impulses that challenge your current way of thinking

  • Learn fast — through real-world exposure instead of long analysis

"Our Innovation Safari was a powerful reminder that other countries and cultures are striving to improve by embracing bold decisions and learning from mistakes. Seeing Bolt’s customer-centric approach was truly inspiring—it showcased the impact of designing with a clear focus on connectivity and user needs. This experience deepened my understanding of leadership, digitalization, and the value of maintaining focus, while reminding me that sometimes all we need is a little more courage to move forward."

Girolamo Pensato
Head Merchant Support, PostFinance

"Meeting local entrepreneurs and business leaders was a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections and gain practical insights into innovative strategies. Seeing how startups thrive when supported by the right cultural and economic environment underscored the importance of creativity, resilience, and adaptability—qualities essential for navigating the uncertainties of a BANI world."
