The Nordics and the âNew Nordicsâ â also known as the Baltics â are Europe's innovation hotbeds, renowned for their forward-thinking approaches, vibrant startup ecosystems, and groundbreaking ideas.
In 2018, as a German building a network in Copenhagen, I was struck by the unique innovation culture here in the Nordics. The way people collaborated, thought creatively, and embraced change felt truly specialâsomething I knew other countries could learn from. Around that time, I read The Medici Effect, and everything clicked: innovation thrives at the intersection of diverse perspectives, and I wanted to share this experience with others.
That realization led to the creation of Nordic Connective. The name reflects what we do best: connecting organizations with the innovators, forerunners, and like-minded peers of the Nordics and Baltics. Through tailor-made Learning Expeditionsâour so-called Innovation Safarisâwe create transformative experiences that inspire fresh thinking and meaningful change.
Taking clients out of their usual office environments, we guide them through structured processes that foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
